Every spring semester, leading professionals come speak at Murray State University in order to teach students about business in the printing and mass communications industries. Students learn about applying to jobs, the importance of internships, new technologies and techniques, and business relations.
As Chair of Gravure Day 2018, I lead the organization, promotion, and hosting of the event. I first defined the event’s identity and then created posters, flyers, digital displays, and social media graphics to promote the event. Finally, I created the event’s PowerPoint presentation and gifts for thanking each speaker.
